About
I wear many hats. The ones I’m proudest of are wife, mother and woman.
I didn’t create Whole Woman because I have it all figured out. I created it because I don’t, and because I’ve found beauty, tools and meaning in the unravelling.
I’ve walked through postnatal depletion, death and grief, health crises, spiritual awakenings and dark nights of the soul. Right now I’m living the full spectrum of marriage and the beautiful chaos of raising neurodiverse kids.
And I’m still walking.
Whole Woman is what I’ve gathered along the way: the practices that held me, offered back to you.

How I work
I’m a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga teacher. For over a decade I’ve taught and facilitated in schools, on retreats and in yoga teacher trainings. Before that, I guided outdoor adventures around the world.
My work is grounded and practical. I won’t hand you a formula for how to be a woman. I’ll give you the knowledge and tools to build your own relationship with your body, your cycles and your inner wisdom.
In person across the Northern Rivers & Gold Coast, online, and on retreat.
My training
Learning is my favourite hobby. I’m a lifelong student, studying under mentors, through formal training and in daily practice.
And the lessons no course can teach: 12 years of marriage and 8 years of mothering.
For the ladies who love profiles
I’m a 6/2 Sacral Generator, and a Pisces with a Gemini moon and Libra rising. Dreamy, deep-feeling and motivated by soul-level happiness.
When I’m not wrangling kids, working on Whole Woman or loving up my hubby, you’ll find me wandering in nature, lost in a book or practising a little magic.
Explore, read, take what nourishes you. I hope you leave feeling a little more held than when you arrived.
